Residential

The residents of this modern Hamptons beach home sought sleek, contemporary hardware from Hamilton Sinkler. The angular lever and escutcheon sets and super-elongated flush pulls blend effortlessly with the striking interior design. These products were created in collaboration with top tier design firm Pembrooke & Ives.

Designer Tim Button of Stedila Design, working alongside his longtime collaborator, historian Sam Watters, reconfigured a 1926 maisonette by aligning the doorways to create a sense of openness through classic enfilades. Button’s architectural layout provides the perfect structural backdrop for the lifetime collection of antiques curated by Watters.
